Getting started
How long does it take to start?
About ten minutes: the account, two or three clients, your first session on the schedule. The rest fills itself in as you work, not as you configure.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Fourteen days, no card and no commitment — and if you leave it there, the trial stops on its own.
Can I bring the clients I already have?
Yes. Import a .csv file, or say them to Atlas: it writes the records and you read them over.
What if I have no clients yet?
That is true of most people starting out. The mobile app puts you in front of the sportspeople in your area, and the first client record takes thirty seconds.
Prices and invoicing
Can I change plan along the way?
At any time, in both directions. The change takes effect at once and the difference is worked out pro rata.
Is there a commitment?
None. You pay by the month, you leave when you like, and your data leaves with you.
How do my clients pay me?
Through a payment link sent with the invoice. The client pays in two clicks, and the payment shows up on their record without you having to tick anything off.
Are the payment fees on top?
They are Stripe's, taken by Stripe. Atlead takes nothing out of what your clients pay you.
Atlas, the assistant
What does Atlas do without asking me?
It prepares: a programme, an invoice, a reminder, a slot offered. Nothing that matters leaves before you have read it and said so.
What data does it work on?
Yours, and nothing else: your clients, your sessions, your prices. They are not used to train a model.
And when it gets something wrong?
You correct it before it goes out — that is what reading it over is for. A badly judged programme is fixed in one sentence, and it takes that into account next time.
The mobile app
Do my clients have to pay for the app?
No, it is free on iOS and Android. What they pay for is your sessions and your programmes.
Do I have to publish?
No. Publishing makes you visible to the sportspeople nearby, but a coach who publishes nothing still has a schedule, sessions and messages that work.
Can people find me without knowing me?
Yes: the search works by sport, distance, rating and budget. That is what brings the first clients to somebody starting out.
Your data
Who owns my data?
You do. We host it to run the service; we do not sell it and we do not use it anywhere else.
Can I export everything?
Yes: clients, sessions and invoices, in open formats, before a departure as much as after one.
What if I delete my account?
The account and what it holds are erased. The exact periods are written in the privacy policy.
